Return Policy

 

Product Changes In the event you have purchased any product from our online store, you reserve the right within fourteen (14) calendar days to change the product you purchased for another product of equal value. Changes are accepted provided that the following conditions are met—cumulatively:

  • You contacted us by filling out our relevant contact form and stating your full name and the products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and immediately sent the products to our Address within 14 working days from the date of their receipt.
  • The returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt or payment invoice.
  • The products must be in the same condition you received them without having used or installed them or violated the packaging. They must also be accompanied by their intact original packaging, as well as any other document that may accompany the products. In case of returning products that are in a box, both the products and the packaging box must be in excellent condition and must not have been used, installed, or altered (e.g., sticking packaging tape on the packaging box). Changes are not made: a) if the product has been used after being opened, b) if the product is not in the same condition it was delivered, or if it has been damaged. In case of a change, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

Product Returns In the event you have purchased any product from our online store, you reserve the right within fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product you purchased for any reason and request a refund. The above right of withdrawal can be exercised under the following conditions:

You must send us a photocopy of the receipt or payment invoice.

The products must be in the same condition you received them without using, installing, or violating the packaging. They must also be accompanied by their intact original packaging, as well as any other document that may accompany the products. In case of returning products that are in a box, both the products and the packaging box must be in excellent condition and must not have been used or altered (e.g., sticking packaging tape on the packaging box).

Method of refund: The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way the original payment was made.

No amount will be refunded to you if the product has been used after being opened, if the product is not in the same condition it was delivered, or if it has been damaged. For a refund, the value of the product is taken at the current day's price.

In case of a return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

Defective products Defective are characterized as products that have been damaged upon receipt by you or those that present a manufacturing defect on the date of their purchase. Any product that shows wear due to use or damage due to misuse cannot be considered defective. Products that present an obvious manufacturing defect can be replaced by us with the same product, if available, or you can choose any other product of your choice. In case of disagreement as to the manufacturing defect, our Business reserves the right to return the product to the manufacturing company for quality control to clarify if the defect is real. In case a real defect is found, the product can either be repaired or replaced with another product. Our Business does not assume responsibility for returned products until their successful arrival at our store. In case a real defect is found in the product, the return costs are borne by our store. Returns of defective products are accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact us no later than twenty-four (24) hours, by filling in the relevant contact form with your name, the products you want to return, and the defect they present, including the relevant photos of the defective product.
  • The defective products must be sent to our Business within 14 working days of their receipt, to the following address:
