Purchase, pricing, and payment
You can order any product you wish by filling out the relevant order form through our Website.
The price of each product will be the one displayed on our website; however, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will assume that your order has been canceled and will fully refund the amount you have paid.
The prices on our website include VAT but do not include product shipping costs.
Our Business reserves the right to refuse to accept any order: (i) that has been placed by a customer with whom there is a pending dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or (ii) does not comply with these general terms of sale. In the event we find that the order does not meet these terms of sale (for example: placing an order with an incorrect delivery address, payment details, etc.), we will inform the customer either by phone or by email. In the event the customer does not contact our Business to correct any inaccurate details or information provided in their order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Retention of title
Our company retains ownership of the goods of your order until their full and complete payment, including taxes and expenses.

The shipment will be made when the order amount appears in our account.

-Via credit or debit card Product purchases via credit or debit card are made securely through a special service of the National Bank of Greece. It is noted that our Business does not collect or store in any way your card details. In the event your credit card is not approved by your bank, our Business reserves the right to cancel your order.
Note: In case of a money transfer from another bank, you will be charged with additional fees. For any clarification regarding the payment and shipping methods of the products, you can contact us by filling out the relevant contact form.
-Via cash on delivery You can pay the amount of your order via cash on delivery upon receipt of the products. When the courier company employee comes to your premises to deliver the parcel, you pay the value of your order in cash, as well as the cost of transport and cash on delivery, as stated before the completion of the order. For shipments outside of Greece, payment by cash on delivery is not available. The cost of cash on delivery is €2.00 per shipment.
-Via PayPal PayPal is an online money transfer service. It is used worldwide for secure transactions via the Internet and is considered one of the most popular and secure payment methods. Payment with PayPal is made under the strict transaction terms imposed by the PayPal company.
